If you want to make the exact same banner, you will need two sheets of Toga scrapbooking paper, in the collection "Instant poétique" #3 and #5.

For the first step of this DIY you will draw triangles on the back of your paper sheet. I didn't use a special pattern, and you can draw any kind of triangle, the size doesn't matter, but it has to be long enough, like a pizza slice for example ! Then you can interchange the small and big triangles on your banner.

Then cut the triangles.

To set the paper triangles on the cord, apply some glue inside the flat (the base of the triangle) and maintain it with some tape.

Once the triangle is set on the cord, cut the edges exceeding of the flat. Repeat the operation to set all your triangles on the cord, then make a loop at each end of the cord to attach your banner on the wall. If you don't want to use nails on your wall you can simply use some tape to fix the banner.
